David Ragheb is an executive leader with over 15 years of progressive positions in the Consumer goods industry. He is an accomplished leader who can stretch executives and organizations to deliver absolute results. David has the ability to quickly understand the organizational culture and technical development opportunities, while maintaining a realistic goal oriented approach. A great motivator with the ability to see beyond today and guide organizations to focus on their success and mile tones.

David’s reputation as an executive coach and technical expert in the quality and food safety arena and a true partner that delivers competitive advantage. David is known for his extensive background in establishing and directing food safety programs in a global environment. Expertise includes pet food manufacturing, food manufacturing, and confectionery manufacturing, developing relevant food safety program and quality strategies across the market place.

David has most recently worked as Wet Pet food North America leader for Mars Petcare, a leading manufacturer of pet food products including Pedigree, Sheba, Temptations, and Cesar. The parent company, Mars Inc., operates in six business segments: Chocolate, Petcare, Wrigley Gum & Confections, Food, Drinks, and Symbioscience with such brands as M&M’S, Snickers, Dove, Mars, Extra, Orbit, Royal Canin, Juicy Fruit, Spearmint and Milky Way. David held several senior positions over the years and was successful in the turnaround of many sites and the development of quality and food safety systems along with top performing teams. 

Prior to locating in the US David worked for Mars Canada and was on an assignment as the North Africa and Middle East head of R&D. In this role, David led both market and the site R&D teams and was one of the first confectionery sites in the Middle East to achieve HACCP certification.  David consistently developed teams to rank among the top 10% n employee engagement as measured by third party organizations like Gallup.

David held several other positions at Procter and Gamble and Clorox both national and international positions with success and role breadth. He is a sought after mentor and coach who currently consults in several industries manufacturing, consumer goods, IT along with Mergers and Acquisitions consulting.

David holds Bachelor of Science from McMaster University in Canada.
